You must have a budget for running costs for at least six months. Few companies get into profit in less than six months. Many take a year, or more, to see profits.
3. Help.
You will probably find times when you need some help. This may mean you need a pair of willing hands, a project for your company, or someone to keep an eye on your children for a few hours while making a delivery or a meeting with a customer.
You need to plan for this eventuality.
